What else is there to say? Choose Cyberghost. In short, Cyberghost is a great VPN at a great price and they are sollid performers on all fronts. It may seem minor to others, but to YOU it's everything, right?! Well, CG understands that. Apparently, CG people remember what it feels like to be a real person with a legitimate problem.

They not only fixed it, they even emailed me back a couple of days later to be sure everythig was still OK! You don't get that kind od one-on-one with most CS departments. I had an issue some time ago (that turned out to be due to MY stupid mistake) that I contacted them to help me solve. Okay, I've never tried anyone else, but why should I? The team at CG is awesome when it comes to customer service too. You want safety and anonymity, AND you want your stuff to run at the same speeds. I've been with CyberGhost (CG) for over three years and I never had any issues with speed (other than my ISP's throttling).

I don't know what all the hubbub is about when it comes to VPNs slowing down internet speed.
